No, walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday, 8 to 5. Calling ahead holds your slot and cuts your wait.
Do you only work on Lexus, Toyota, BMW and Mercedes?
Those four marques are our specialty, it's what LTBM stands for, but we service all makes and models, foreign and domestic: Honda, Acura, Audi, VW, Nissan, Ford, Chevy and more.
Will servicing here void my factory warranty?
No. Under federal law (Magnuson-Moss), maintenance performed to factory spec with documented records keeps your warranty fully intact. We follow OEM schedules and keep the paperwork.

Yes. Repairs carry a written parts-and-labor warranty, and we put the exact term on your estimate.

Written estimates for visible work are free. Electronic diagnosis is $180, and we waive it when you approve the repair we recommend the same day we diagnose it.
